Picked up a beautiful Purple Tang today! He's settled in quite nicely but my Tomini has been showing who is boss. Nothing serious, just quite a lot of posturing. Hopefully the Tomini backs off a bit in the next day or two.

Came back from a trip and I'm pleasantly surprised that the diatoms are nearly gone, as well as the algae on the rocks :)

I will post some new pictures tomorrow :)

Where you been man, nice to hear from you. The Purples are really cool. I just have common fish... even though common marine fish are real pretty.... not compared to others. Next time around I will be getting some different ones.

Purpe tang is the my most favorite fish I have. I have had him for about a year now.

Im not gonna dare think aout adding another tang with him... Plus I like him as the sole ang in my tank.

I can definitely tell so far I'm going to like him. Cool personality. He's trying to be friendly (even greets me at the tank already), but the Tomini has a stick up his butt about the situation. Hopefully that settles down. You can tell he's getting sick of the badgering. I think the Tomini will get a Purple Nurple tomorrow if he keeps it up ...

Well I have a 90 and my PT is the the perfect canindate for the sole dominant fish....

Your right.... the tomini will back down and probably surrender to the PT...

By right you would want that... the tomini is far inferior to PT in regards to reefkeeping

IMO They all are beautiful fish and each have their special traits. Hopefully they will be best buds in a couple of day's. Glad it's doing great Zach, Mine is also getting along with all my other fish. Talk to you tomorrow.
