    That much algae I'd say get some snails and figure out where your phosphate is come from... Tap water etc.. Otherwise your just masking the problem...

    I may be wrong but it doesnt say how many watts. Yea they could be 3 watt leds but they could be running at 1 watt

    If there stock bulbs maybe that's why. Even quality bulbs your supposed to replace every 9-12 months
