    Looks like a good build. That water would bother me but I'm paranoid lol. I would tighten and see if that helps. But that's not a lot of water.

    Sc skimmer is def a good option also. Only reason i did not buy the sc is because it does not use a gate valve, at least im pretty sure it does not....

    I just bought the 6" 150 octo also. Have not read or heard anything bad about tht skimmer. I am putting it on my 75 with 30 long sump. ;)
