I usually target feed mysis/rotifers...yeah they will usually catch what is in the water column when you feed your fish. I dont know if its "better"...

yes the orbit is running at full intensity. If i had to do it over i would of gone with 1 controllable fixture rather then running 2 different...
kessil is sky blue and is on from 1130am -7:30 pm current starts ramping up at 11 to peak at 1130am and starts ramping down at 730pm and moon lights...
