white things on the glass and rocks

ok here is what i got these little white calcium things that are like little tube worm things the size of a pin head all over my glass and live rocks...

if the sun is 6500k then wouldnt it be perfect to have all the light on our tanks at 6500k? and if we use all 6500k the tank would be yellow why is...

ok this is what i ended up with. 2 65watt dual daylight 67000/10000k, 1 40watt 10000k, 1 36watt actinic420nm. is this good perfect or what?
