    Tangster you are right it is not required by law. (I checked) I work on marine windshields and have never seen a piece that is tempered without one....

    Tangster is 100% right Tempered glass can NOT be drilled or cut. They drill Float glass first then they heat it red hot and cool it under 500 HP...

    Is it posibly your corals spaned?? I read that in some aquariums that maintain a higher tempature that coral spanings can occure. Not a good thing...
