Cindy, I've just read that the brain should be kept on the sandy substrate but I've always kept mine on a piece of LR about two thirds of the way up....

I've never fed my open brain coral. And I'm not sure where the feeders are either. Where do I put the food and will it eat krill? Where is the mouth?
