I used my sea salt bucket and my RO water to rinse it.

Well I picked up all of the sand petco had (70lbs). It didnt even make a dent lol. It's gonna easily tank another 100-130lbs of sand to do the trick...

Yea the tank will sit several weeks cycling. I'm hoping to put the sand in today and next step will be the rock.
