I figured it out, I saw a link on blue zoo, did a google search and found the exact name. He is a metallic shrimp goby (amblyeleotris latifasciata)...

I picked him up on wednesday and he has been doing great. All I know is he is some type of prawn goby. Also I saw a larger one at the LFS in there...
If the fish are healthy and thriving then he isn't overstocked. Dont fix whats not broken.

Sweet, I can't wait! But some fish I would maybe recommend for you tank is a lieutenant tang, Vrolik's Wrasse, and maybe a Lineatus Fairy wrasse...
Tons! All the halichores wrasses are reef safe and IMO gorgeous and also all flasher and fairy wrasses are reef safe and some smaller species like...
If it were my tank I would have some type of tang and a nice collection of wrasses with some smaller gobies/blennies and a pair of clowns
