I would say metal halide but the heat would be way too much do you have any led light products that would work, im not having much luck.
What about power compacts and vhos those are options too.

The only thing I see being a minor problem is the sailfin tang and the yellow tang, they are in the same group of tangs. Other than that your good.

Well I think I have decided to go with mostly corals, im planning on upgrading the light to do some sps like encusting montipora, and some zoanthids....
Hard pvc will give you the more professional look, but flexible tubing might be cheaper and eaiser.
