a fuge is just a place to house macroalgae (like cheato) which consumes nitrates...so nuisance algae has nothing to feed on...I just have a 20 gallon...

Do some water changes..
Crushed coral requires a lot of rinsing before you can get rid of that dust from it. get a gravel cleaner and siphon the crushed coral and removed...
Is all live stock accounted for??? something could be dead in the tank
looks like they injected them with some sort of dye...
some sort of algae will grow on the ship...just in case the rock itself does not grow its the organisms on it that make it "live"
thats a lot of tang..the yellow is bigger, has been in the aquarium, and thus has become pretty territorial. Usually introduce them at the same time...
Not knowing how big your tank is a 10% water change would be fine...A water change will help replenish lost nutrients and hopefully lower the ph...
that ph is high should be around 8.4 and may be the cause of your problem...I would probably do some water changes if I were you...and see what...
