    power compact lights are good thats what i have now.. they are also alot cooler than metal hilides so your tank temp is easier to control

    i had not done a water change in maybe about 3 weeks.. and my cal is at 500-550 my alk is at 17dkh wich is very high.. my nitrate was was pretty high...
