Thank you all very much! Okay next queston. How long until your angels came out to swim and or ate the food you put in the tank??
Just curious to know what you all feed your dwarf angelfish. flame, coral beauty, etc...
The skeleton on this guy grew really high. So at night when it was closed up, it looked like it had sails coming from it's center.
Thanks! I fed it every week before a water change. For some reason I can't upload more pics to this site, to show a full tank shot.
I put it in that corner. It was glued to a plug. Mine never made baby plates. Did yours?? How do they do that?

This is my old 10 gal nano. Pics of fungia plate/disc coral growth. Grew really fast!

Finally getting better.
Thanks. I thought bigger tanks where to be easier. Who knew my 10 gal nano would be easier...and that was my very first sw mixed reef.
My MG is at 1170
Okay thanks. I was wondering if it took really long to get KH up.
My KH has been around 7, corals are not happy. I've been adding buffer everyday to get it up since Saturday morn. It's Wednesday morning and it's...
^ this.
Probably run away. However, I have bought live rock with a bubble algae or two, not knowing they were there. If you buy a rock with few BA, you can...
Hmm, how do you keep the RO/DI water's buffered? I know a LFS that no longer uses it or sells it because it's hard to buff. I use RO, and it's...
But what kind of water? I hear ya on cost. I tried coral pro once.
