No Angels eat sponges
You should be fine ive had no proublems with pygmy angels and clams, just dont add any sponges.
My clams have been safe with flame angels with no proublems. Just dont put Flame angels in with sponges!
My clams will shed the bottom sometimes but they are usually just fine.

A general but not exact rule of thumb for the L.E.D. lights I get at least is: 1watt L.E.D. x 4= wattage of regular metal halide lighting.
