could also be a beaugregory juv, or longfin juv. I would say a longfin, need more info on it.

not sure with the mod if it spreads the flow out, or if its more in a narrow stream as with the normal maxis? Some powerheads have a wider angle...
I think the minimun for a 55gal is roughly 1200gph or so. extrapolate that to 125, I would say you are way to low. but, I am a newb, so cross...
