what is the light spread on these?
do you see any visible white spots? are they breathing heavily? could be a sign of ich.
do you have a fowlr? how long have you had the tank set up? how long have you had the clowns?
your nitrates i think is a bit high. when was the last time you did a water change?

How much flow is it getting? sometime they don't like a lot of flow on them. maybe moving it to a calmer section of your tank?
