    best way to keep them is well is seahorse only. We have had our best luck with ORA captive bread horses they eat frozen foods right away.

    To much light ??

    I would use the MH then and make a canopy with a nice vent so you can get the heat out. You can make it work it's cheaper than buying new lights :)

    just raise it a bit then watch your corals so you can get it at that sweet spot, you'll be fine
