    I've seen this guy wandering around for a while in my 55 gal., thought I'd catch him on film, er...I mean compactflash. Shell is a nice iridescent...

    Removed the 2 6500k bulbs, added 2 150W Ushio 10,000k DE. Please excuse the glare, perhaps one of these days I'll get a pic at night :D

    Coralline algae is spreading well. I first noticed it early last week, and have now sighted patches of the stuff on the front glass.

    I'm pretty close to dumping my M58 ballasts on ebay and buying a pair of IceCap 175W & a pair of Iwasaki 15k's. I've got that combination on my 29...

    Thanks, I'll try to take some more/better pics Monday. I haven't built the canopy, but I'm not afraid of the heat. There will be a 3.5-4" opening...
