    so can you add "Cured" live rock straight to the tank then? maybe with a RO water rinse and a little bit of scrubbing?

    Okay, So my LFS had some dried up LR with NOTHING on it living (that i could see) i washed it with tap water and scrubbed it with my fish tank tooth...

    Yes well the sand sat around at the LFS but was still wet i had some little sand burrowing snails still alive in it and still eat algae to this day...
