    I just figured that out!! lol my ballast is fine, but a weird thing was when i changed up the ballast's the only bulb that didnt light was the blue...

    oh no its not a fuse, it has 6 bulbs and 4 are on still, and there is no fuse in the cord or anything, there is 3 ballasts on the top of the light...
