    Oh, hey!!! You could always unhook the pump from the plumbing and spin the sump around!! Yous still need to invert the return / gravel configuration.

    Yeap... I would flip things around. Put the return pump where the gravel is, and the gravel (sand, if possible, works better) where the return pump...
