Hikari makes a frozen angel blend. There foods are top notch.Ocean nutrition also makes one that is very good.

Most angels need some live sponge in there diet. Tree sponges mostly. Most frozen angel foods contain some but live pieces are much better.

Absolutely. Remember Mandarins can only eat pods of a size small enough to fit in there tiny mouths. I would remove the wrasse first.
