    I have used ESUs salt in the past but never long term... It always had a strange odor to me... Didn't smell like other salts... My qualms with it...

    14,000k is not purple its less blue than 20,000k. A TRUE actinic say 420 nm is violet/purple while 460nm is more blue. I would recommend a couple...

    I would go with an ATI or Giesemann Blue/Actinic + (depending on brand) these are BLUE lamps... If you want a more VIOLET color buy an Actinic...

    On the 18" wide 75... I would opt with 5 or 6 lamps over 4. You will have better coverage that way and its mot much more $$ Just a thought
