    If you don't have a fuge for a safe breeding zone for the pods,the mandarin will wipe that tank clean in a few days.I had an over population of pods...

    Good deal,and while i don't want to advocate that api's are the best kits out there,i think many fill to the line and this is a big reason api kits...

    Yes,it does help balance cal and alk,best to get your mag to optimal levels (i run mine around 1340ish),which should be right around 3X the calcium...
