    I would skip the PC and run 2x54w T5. It will be more efficient, more powerful and you will change lamps less..

    What T5 lights would you pick? and why?

    A WH5 can run 1-2 4' lamps and a WH7 can run 3-4 4' lamps, you could do two WH7 for less than one IC ballast, and you will need more than one IC...
