    I would agree with both above, but when you start playing don't make the photoperiod too long as studies have shown that 17hr+ lighting cycles start...

    If you are doing 6 lamp I would say 3 ATI Blue+, 2 Aquablue+ and a Daylight, or Fiji purple or similar High PAR daylight lamp would IME be a good...
