no way you could keep corals in those types of tanks i think some have 6500k lights which is enough for plants but not much else. I know they make...

I'm no expert but i will try to help yes you can put a hole in one side for the intake and then have it gravity back into your sump or pumped back...
well i wouldnt recomend it the rock like most may contain hevey metals if you are looking to save some cash try some good ol base rock
