Very little, I get dust and spot algae on the glass and have some cyano where the cleaning fish can't get to it.

It most definitely will be more than sufficient.
You should be able to mount them to your canopy. Just turn them down about as low as they can go. Also order 90 or 120 degree optics.
That is good. I prefer to have another coral + in place of the aquablue. It is less bright and in my experience less likely to brown out coral....
