Who would ever know if it had lineage or not? Is their a traceable form?
Well this tank is exploding in growth. Very noticeable growth in all the sps just in the last 2 weeks.
I just use an aqualifter. Moves about 0.5 gallons a day to the tank.
I think I'll just manually dose calc. For now. I'll mix my calcium with RO water in a bottle.
Well then, maybe kalk isn't the right option. I dont want precipitate building up in my pump or lines.
Well that's good, still has me nervous though. Yeah, I figured. Not sure how to dose it accurately though. I can calculate calc and alk demands.
Could be from starvation. Are the brown, pale, white?
I had a bloom of shrimp when my tank was first setup. They were gone within hours. I didn't have a shrimp.
I'm sure it will be fine. Give it a day and it should inflate again. If not, it will be in time as it regenerates its tissue.
That was my thought and fear. I guess I can either manually dose or switch to Kalk, which seems much, much less precise.
My concern is overdoing it and slowly creeping the numbers up. With the two separating, I can calculate exactly how much I need to dose daily.
Will these two molecules in my ATO cooperate for dosing or will they precipitate out. I am looking at adding 1 tsp of calcium and 3 tsp of sodium...
Definitely a stunning setup. Wish I had a piece of that efflo.
I use that same aqualifter pump and a float valve to top off. That's it.
Awesome!
Doubtful. Most likely eating the decaying flesh.
Also, what is this vertical tubing adapter for?
I can take the elbow off, it's just loud when exposed to air.
