The clown enjoys it, no risk of holding an anemone.
Do you have a refugium or sump?
Bump. No polyps have extended. Was wanting to get others opinion. I do see a resemblance to a staghorn.
Yes. They help with the clean up of debris. IMO
It's a green redish color under my t5's.
It does look amazing in my dt.
Please help with the ID of this coral. This is the colony that I received from a fellow 3reefer. He did not know the species, I have asked around.
This says it all for me.
Well done.
Get some acrylic cut to suite and over lap it over the baffle, silicone it in. That's what I would do.
I'll say it, I think there are too many fish in your tank, sorry.
Could you give some info on your tank. Size, how long it's been running, setup, water parameters, lights, etc. If in fact it is a monti, we can try...
I see pineapple sponges and maybe a plating monti?
Contact John using the sponsor forum @ reef cleaners. Start a thread and ask him what your intentions are.
Color looks good. Coral is doing great.
Nope. Just get them up too temp. John should've given you instructions on acclimation.
If you contact john at reef cleaners. Tell him what you have and see if it suffices. If you need more critters. He'll tell you what you need.
So, what did you end up getting?
Looks to me like a green plating montipora
Thanks Logan, appreciate it.
