No you will want to do ONE bulb each week not one color of bulbs. The Blue Plus have higher PAR than your white bulbs.
Pure actinic should cause little or no problem. All other bulbs you will need to acclimate. Either way is fine. I change out one bulb a week...
Dwarf Angels are hit and miss on eating corals. 50/50 proposition at best if you get the ones listed as least likely to eat coral.

If it lets you run one bulb then there should be no harm. Also you should be able to rewire the ballast to run one bulb.
