    Hydrometers are notoriously inaccurate. They're susceptible to air bubbles, temperature effects, and poor calibration.

    1.025-1.026. NSW averages around 35ppt (1.0265), which is what I really try to achieve. However, I'd rather be a little short than a little over. :)
