IMHO, I'd pass on any trigger. It's going to very much narrow your fish selection and it'll be a PITA when it starts consuming your inverts.
Here, this is about as rare as you get (and reef safe): Drs. Foster and Smith Diver's Den® - Rainfordia opercularis Oh, you've got a price...
^ I definitely agree with the comment(s) in regard to the number of blues/royal blues.
:biggrinbo Yup, that'll give everyone a run for their money. Price tag stings, but that's expected. Intrigued by the integration w/ VorTechs; yet...
Higher, actually. The lower you go, the more likely you'll get a dead spot. If you go higher, some diodes will shadow, but it's nearby neighbors...

Wait, so the tank is acrylic? That's an important detail that was never mentioned... In that case, what you're seeing is probably "crazing".
Seems as though everyone has got you on the right track. You'll have to get it on frozen before pellets will be possible. And yes, another fish...
You'll want 36, dimmable. Just go with the Rapid kit, which will be a 1:1 ratio of whites:blues. You can always adjust it (via dimming) to the...
You won't be able to dim the whites separate from the blues, since you'll only be running one driver. And you can't run only 6 diodes on a single...
I have not experienced any browning of my SPS due to LEDs either, running CREEs since Oct 2010. Colors have only gotten more intense. I'm with FOD;...
As many experienced reefers you ask this question to, you'll get just as many different answers. There is no "answer" to this question, only...
