I think that if the wrasse is young and the shrimp was introduced early then they should get along okay..my melanurus isn't "reef safe" but the guy...
i don't know about the chili..but try feeding the sun coral brine shrimp..that's what i feed my euphyllias and they slowly eat it..i tried spot...
it says that they were captive bred..so i don't think it's THAT bad..i don't think it should be on ebay though...they definitely make it sound like...
the main thing i have heard about them is starvation and them burrowing into the sand and dying..other than that they sound like a great CuC...
try running rowaphos or some type of silicate remover..i used to use tap and had some diatom problems and running that helped quite a bit
