Nassarius snails are really more of a top soil type sifter. Meaning they shouldn't get into your DSB and stir anything up.
I've personally never owned one, but I've heard horror stories.
A few more (very small) hermits would work. I wouldn't suggest urchins, they hurt, and they knock over coral and rocks!
Get a turbo snail as well, they go HAM on hair algae. But they may die when it's all gone because they require so much food.
