    You do have to glue the siphon pipes. The overflow runs on a siphon so the up and over have to be airtight to work. Keep the inside and out legs...

    If want a upgrade switch your VHO's to overdriven T-5s. You already have the icecap and 4x80watt of T-5 will out perform almost any 2x250MH rig.
