that should be good theyl also eat algae in you tank but id keep feeding him the nori and emerald cubes
if you bounce the flow off of enough stuff it should dissapate the flow enough that you should be fine its just all about finding the correct angle

i have a 55gallon tank with 2 false perc clowns, a sixline wrasse, blue damsel, green clown goby and an algae blenny. i also have a small clean up...
maybe try some sort of blenny or blue spotted jawfish if you have the money..... or a sixline wrasse
