    I just did research on the goldens and figured out that the survivability is higher in a pair... You could do a pair if you drop the butterfly.

    Won't ich die without a host? I'd let it run for a month or two. Then replace the filter media before adding fish. A UV sterilizer would help too.

    I've never heard of any of the butterfly's listed... But IMO a raccoon butterfly would fit. :) they seem hardy compared to other butterfly's too.
