    Mangroves....

    I put my seed pods in my overflow box. once they root I use syrofoam and float them in my sump. you could probly just put them anywhere in the tank.

    dont let it touch air! and when doing water changes make sure your not getting air bubbles from a low sump water level.. air = bad for sponges.....

    you'll be able to grow softies/polyps and lps. sps coral if you can get them high up in the tank. single light reflectors help.

    from what I see the 4 bulb model has 2 switches and 2 power cords. so you can go buy to $5 brink 15amp timers from walmart to run dual light cycles....
