    Which bulbs to replace?

    it will, plus replacing 1or2 more of those aquasun bulbs will help if they are getting old. once a 10k/12k bulbs starts to shift into the red...

    tank looks good now. I wouldnt worry to much on the light period. you only changed 2 bulbs out of 8. if you want to cut back 1/2hr for a few days...

    what is a good led lighting system?

    Ive seen these powerbrites before on a 3' tank... you'll need probly 4-6 units for a 3'-4' wide tank.. they are wide angle 1w leds. good shimmer...
