    Retested the water today and had the results confirms at a lfs. Glad to say my hydrometer had the same reading as their refractometer pH 7.8 SG...

    Thanks it took forever to scape I was getting inpatient in the end. I cant wait for it to be covered in coralline algae and corals!

    I use a glass lid, always have always will keep it clean and you wont have light issues

    You have more than I did when I added water, I had the tank with stand, hood, dry rock, sand, filter, powerheads, salt, and hydrometer

    Ordered 40lbs of Pukani dry rock and 8 lbs of Tonga Branch rock from BRS. Took only 4 days to arrive! Pictures to follow
