    bulk head wrench

    You could just use a pair of pliers or an adjustable wrench. I just hand tighten mine as well. Snug it down the go 1/4 turn more.

    Not too mention 99.9% of the bacteria in those bottles are dead. All you are really adding is very strong detoxifier (think Prime).
