Seshorses need height more than width. They are vertical swimmers. I would try a mantis tank. It's enoubh space and they don't need intense lighting.

The cap at the end of the T should have a hole drilled in the center. It allows air to escape...supposed to make the overflow quieter.

I believe a street L is actually a 45* turn, as to a regular L, which is a 90* turn. I would think it would be opposite of that (street...right turn...
