I would contact rapidled for a suggestion. They should get back to you in plenty of time to keep your build going without a slow down.
You will want to test your Mg, if it is too low your Ca will not stay in suspension and precipitate out.

Yes those are diatoms and will go away in a few weeks.
Make sure your base rocks are in solid contact with the tank bottom your rock work will be safe then.
It came from the live rock, and is safe and a good member of your clean up crew.
