    copper solfate in food?!?!?!

    im noticing copper sulfate is in some foods.....formula 1 is of special interest to me. does anyone know if this stuff is safe in a reef for inverts?

    wen i do feed frozen i soak it in selcon,vitamin c,and garlic xtream.copper sulfate? that doesnt sound good....is that invert safe?

    would you use a screwdriver for this?

    i opt for a quality stainless drill bit or screw driver.... if not avaiilable id file/grind down the frag plug. i can usually twist and push my plugs...
