    You can get the 5.4l in an XLT but only in 4x4, cost the same to get a lariat 4x2 and way nicer interior on the lariat package

    boat's weight is dead center on the dual 4500# axles of the trailer and most of the weight on this boat is towards the rear anyway very little tongue...

    get the v6 and get 4wd, the escape doesnt have a lot of weight sometimes on the smaller suv's when pulling something back up a ramp getting traction...
