I would also run a 2x4 from corner to corner under the plywood for extra support and you should be fine

If your pump is sucking air then I would say that may be the root cause.
You said everything. Have you narrowed it down to what is causing it? Skimmer?
Are they coming from the return or the PH? Do the micro bubbles go away when the skimmer is off?
