Yeah they are hydroid jellyfish. I believe they are hitchhikers... They are harmless, they will disappear on their own.
Hydroid? They appear and then suddenly disappear... IME nothing to worry about.
A good refugium with some macro algae like chaeto and mangroves and some pieces of LR would do wonders. :D

my LFS doesnt carry captive bred seahorses.. i thought of maybe getting them online.. since they are really delicate how well do they ship?
