are you talking about live rock? how long have you had the rocks in the tank? Have you performed water changes using RO/DI water in your salt mix?...

Lugol's solution is 5% iodine and should be available at your local pharmacy... you may have to go to a mom and pop pharmacy, as CVS or "chain"...
