    yes you want 10-15x flow threw sump, and 40-50x flow in tank. so yes 600-900 would be a good return rate from sump. but you need flow within tank...

    ok just got off phone with aquacave rep,(seemed pretty smart) he told me they were out of UVL 12ks and they sent me the "better" giesemenn 15k bulbs....

    wow what a toss up, both have pros and cons. both will prob look awesome, i woud say MH/T5, i just feel like its the most like the real sun effect.
